Our contribution to the climate protection

For more than ten years, Setolite Lichttechnik GmbH is a successful participant in the business of mobile illumination. Right from the beginning our company attached great importance to the climate protection. Therefore we always turned our attention to the selection of the material we use as well as to a high efficiency in production. Thereby we can reduce the emission of carbon dioxide and consequently minimize the pollution of our environment. Due to the high quality of our products we achieve longevity, which is clearly ahead of the competitor’s life time cycles for products.
Even the fact that our products are easily reparable helps to avoid that electronic scrap is incurred and thereby causes environmental pollution.

Furthermore, we succeeded in reducing the power consumption through the application of compact fluorescent lamps for more than 70% over the past years compared to halogen spot light. In addition to this we also enhanced concerning the area of new LED technique. By the application of LED’s the power consumption can be reduced while at the same time the luminous efficiency can be enhanced. Because of its Seto-LED®-powerchip technology, Setolite Lichttechnik GmbH could technically improve itself in this area. Beside the fact that we constantly try to develop products with a higher luminous efficiency and lower power consumption, we actively get involved with the saving of the rain forest and support the association “Rettet den Regenwald e.V.”. This association honoured our engagement by a certificate, which we proudly received. Only your aid enabled us to provide assistance in such a range as we did. In return we thank you. At the same time we ask you to go on helping us in the future, as it is the only way to make an effective contribution to the saving of the rain forest.
