| The head and helmet lamp –mica- HL100 is a robust, reliable and extra bright lamp which can be used for personal and professional application. The head and helmet lamp is especially qualified for the application in mines, in tunnel construction or for search and rescue services, which need to have their hands free. The head and helmet lamps feature environmentally compatible NiMH batteries (Nickel-Metal-Hydride), which become even more durable by the microprocessor controlled charging electronic. Furthermore the HL100 features a 1W High-Power LED and a supportive integrated 5mm LED. Thereby you achieve a light output which is comparable to a 3W halogen lamp. However the LED-illuminant, in contrast to a halogen lamp, needn’t be replaced due to its long life time. The beam can infinitely be focused and is easy to operate. (Pay attention to the fact that the HL100 is optionally available with halogen illuminant. Ask for this selectively). The head and helmet lamp HL100 features the newly developed “NM-9000 Belt Battery”. By means of two metal clips on the belt this new battery can be fixed to the belt or something else and therefore enhances the wearing comfort of this lamp. This battery is made of aluminium and polyamide and despite its low weight it is extremely powerful. The battery comes with a capacity of 9Ah, whereas the applicators get warned by a flashing of the beam, if there is only little energy available. In addition to this the battery will make twisted cable become a part of the past because the plug socket of the plug-in connection can be turned for 360 degree so that the operation becomes easier. (Let me draw your attention to the fact that alternatively to the new “Belt Battery” the accumulator boxes HB-55 with 6V/ 5,5Ah and HB-57 6V/ 7Ah are only available for a short period of time.
