SETOLITE is expanding. A new warehouse at our headquarters in Hückeswagen marks another step in the development of our company since its foundation in 1995. The extension creates room for growth while strengthening our ability to supply our customers reliably.
Taking the next step together
On 9 September 2026, we held the groundbreaking ceremony together with representatives of HTS TENTIQ, KNEBES Bauunternehmung and Tiefbau LEMM. The warehouse is being planned and built in cooperation with our partner HTS TENTIQ GmbH from Kefenrod, one of the leading suppliers of industrial halls and temporary buildings for commercial use.
The schedule is ambitious: completion is planned before the end of 2026, with customers expected to benefit from the additional capacity from early 2027.
More space for dependable supply
- A more resilient supply chain: Substantially higher material stocks are intended to cushion component shortages and reduce the impact of potential supplier delivery problems on our customers.
- Improved delivery times: More material available on demand means less dependence on short-notice production or replenishment.
- Larger quantities available at short notice: The additional capacity is intended to help us respond more flexibly to larger orders and sudden increases in demand.
- An additional 1,020 m²: More room for storage and logistics at our headquarters.
Ultimately, we measure this expansion not just in square metres, but in the reliability it brings to our partnership with you. The new warehouse is an investment in our shared future.
