ATEXOR MICA Handlamp LED IL641 NiMH with tempered glas

The ATEXOR MICA IL-641 NiMH is a robust, rechargeable hand lamp with an integrated signaling function, designed for professional use in demanding environments. It operates reliably within a temperature range of 20 °C to +40 °C and, with an IP67 rating, is fully dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion in water.

A key feature is its certification according to the railway standard EN 45545-2. This confirms that the IL-641 meets the stringent fire protection requirements for railway vehicles and is specifically approved for applications in railway environments.

Equipped with four high-efficiency Cree LEDs (L70 > 50,000 h), the IL-641 delivers powerful illumination combined with excellent energy efficiency. In white light mode, it provides 550 lumens; in red light mode, 300 lumens. The focused spot or square beam ensures precise and uniform illumination.

The spot version features a 5 mm tempered glass lens (108 mm diameter), while the square version is fitted with a durable polycarbonate lens. The high-impact polyamide housing ensures excellent mechanical resistance for everyday industrial use.

Power is supplied by a high-performance 6V rechargeable NiMH battery. Operating time at full power is up to 12 hours, with a charging time of approximately 11 hours. An integrated battery capacity indicator, deep discharge protection, low battery warning, and short-circuit protection enhance operational safety and extend battery life.

Weighing 1.4 kg (including battery) and measuring approximately 215 × 120 × 125 mm, the IL-641 is ergonomically designed for comfortable handling. The yellow body with a black locking ring ensures high visibility in working environments. A shoulder strap is included.
